Bringing Moose River into the 2010s (part 2)

July 6th, 2019

I’ll keep it brief: I’ve added a few little bits and pieces to the site to make it a bit easier to use.

>>> Simple keyboard navigation; use “LEFT” and “RIGHT” keys to go to the previous or next page, respectively. This includes “A” and “D” if you use WASD, and Numpad 4 and Numpad 6 if you use the Numberpad. I will probably add more functions and features.

>>> New Favicon + Apple-Touch-Icon; this way your bookmark to this site on your iPhone will look… less sucky.

….I think that might be it.

OH! One other thing. So right now all the pages in the archives are in a landscape 3×2 format. I’m gonna switch them back to a vertical 2×3 format. Apart from the fact that getting the 3×2 format pages is actually one extra step, it’s actually very mobile UN-friendly. The vertical 2×3 format, on the other hand, fits mobiles so much better… either as the whole page can be seen at once, or a single row can fill the screen in landscape mode, or a single frame can fill the screen in vertical mode… basically everything about thid works better when mobiles are viewed vertical. So when I get around to cleaning up the archives, you can tell if it’s been fixed if the page is back to its original 2×3 vertical format.
