Part three of Emo and Ezra’s first meeting. As a reminder, they met at a bar/party hosted by some mutual friends, but the two just hit it off and they ended up back at Emo’s place.

Does this mean Emo is finally gonna get over Claire? Maybe…? But of course we also all know what happens with Ezra and Emo in the end—their relationship doesn’t work but they remain friends—so who knows. Still, what Ezra said to Emo may have been what he needed to hear to find some kind of closure. Or not.

The Apes to Astronauts show that Emo’s talking about was depicted in the second-half of Chapter Six. You can read about the last time Emo and Claire ever met in person here.

I kinda skimped on some of the line art, but I really like the full page of Ezra towards the end.
